The position is a business partner with key businesses and functions at ISP Global Headquarters which include staffing, recruiting, organizational effectiveness, development and performance management. ISP utilizes ICIMS applicant tracking system.1. Recruiting & Staffing: through a combination of direct sourcing, networking and contingency recruiters, identifies the best qualified candidates to build strong teams.2. Performance Management: Ensures all managers can competently write SMART objectives, provide effective employee performance feedback and developmental opportunities. Maximizes productivity and effectiveness of employees.3. Manager Orientation: Ensure all managers understand ISP policies, performance management and HR processes; counsels and coaches ongoing.4. Immigration: Responsible for working with outside counsel regarding proper immigration protocol and documentation for non-US hires and placements.5. Affirmative Action Planning: Ensure compliance for all AAP requirements and effectiveness of employees.6. Organization Process: Ensure organization structure is accurately documented through charts (Org Plus Software) and descriptions on an ongoing basis.7. Travel Oversight: Oversees the company-wide travel vendor administration. This role will also participate in continuous improvement Human Resources initiatives, such as policy reviews and other projects to maximize business results through Human Resources management.Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related topic.SPHR preferred.8-10 years experience in a Human Resources management role, with strong demonstrated achievements in recruiting & staffing, performance management, HR policies, and managerial coachingDemonstrated results in process improvementAbility to combine both a process approach and hands-on involvementProven team playerReports to Head of Global HR Please note that we accept online applications only, through our website at http://www.ispcorp.com/. $0* Promoting positive employee relations at a multi-site non union complex ensuring consistent communication, leadership and direction of employees while supporting Complex in meeting goals and objectives. $0
$0* Developing plans, programs and procedures to ensure the facilities union-free status is maintained $0
$0* Directing the recruitment, interview and selection processes for qualified candidates for all vacant positions and to ensure a skilled employee workforce is available at all times $0
$0* Assisting in development and administration of corporate wide compensation and benefit plans to ensure industry competitiveness and promote high morale and productivity as well as attract and retain qualified individuals. $0
$0* Ensure facility compliance with all statutory/legislative human resource requirements and provide advice to site management regarding employee counseling, discipline, motivation, staffing, productivity, etc. $0
